I've said it, told it, before, so I'll do it again...
Bout four (4) years ago I was shocked to discover, after a few beers, that www.anstice.co.uk did not exist. So I did what I had to do, I bought the Domain name of the Family name with a .co.uk on the end. Then I did what most people would do, I went to bed and woke up the next morning realising I had bought a domain name and had yadda all idea what to do with it. So I purchased a cheap web-hosting package and the rest is history!
And it almost was...
After a couple of years I let the website become redundant, but could not bear to let the domain name go...
And Then...
Two years later, two days ago, I received an email to tell me my ownership of the rights to the Anstice name was about to expire. So I renewed and, in a moment of nostalgia, purchased a cheap web-hosting package and the rest is the future.
